Rates & Payments

The initial in-home consultation is a 15-30 minute visit. This is a time for Ariane to walk through the space with the client and discuss their needs in person. She will be able to give you an idea of time needed and cost, as well as answer any questions during this visit.  The fee for the consultation is $25.

All payments can be made via Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is a 4% fee for all credit card transactions. Payments for our discounted packages of hours are due in full at the end of our first working visit.

Scheduling

Generally, Ariane will be able to schedule a consultation within a week or two from the client's initial inquiry. Working dates can be scheduled as early as a day or two after the consultation, up to as far out as 2 months.  

There is a 3-hour minimum booking requirement per working visit, and a 5-hour maximum. 4-5 hours is the usual recommended length of time (if possible within our schedules).

Cancellation Policy

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Anything short will be billed at 50% of the scheduled time.
